Dubai has launched two new tourism initiatives to enhance visitor experience and competitiveness. The Dubai Access Club, an invitation-only membership programme for repeat visitors, provides exclusive experiences and benefits to encourage return visits. Separately, the Visit Dubai platform now integrates tourist visa applications, allowing visitors to apply for single-entry and multiple-entry tourist visas through a single digital channel. The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) remains responsible for assessing applications and issuing visas. Both initiatives, implemented in November 2026, were developed through collaboration between GDRFA Dubai, the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and Digital Dubai under the Shared Digital Channels Initiative, which integrates government services into unified digital platforms.
