Accuracy is the brand. If we publish something wrong, we fix it in the open.

How we correct

• Correction. When a published item is inaccurate, we update it, note what changed, and stamp the update date.
• Retraction. When an item should not have run at all, we retract it and explain why, rather than quietly deleting it.
• Material changes to a regulatory fact (a deadline, a threshold, a penalty) are always flagged, not silently edited.
