Eligible beneficiaries can apply for a residential construction loan of AED 1.75 million on subdivided plots, offered as either a repayable loan or a deferred repayment option based on monthly income. An additional financial grant of AED 250,000 is disbursed with the loan, subject to terms and conditions. ADHA may also consider applications from first-degree female relatives, including spouses. Beneficiaries holding inactive housing construction loans or residential land grants must cancel or relinquish them before applying. The subdivided property will be registered as residential land with grant possession status. Initially, the service is available for agricultural lands in Al Rahbah, Al Bahyah, and Al Samhah. Eligible plots must be free from legal restrictions and have required infrastructure. Application procedures and availability details will be announced by year-end.
