ADNOC Group has introduced a new approach to its In-Country Value (ICV) Programme, designed to accelerate supplier and manufacturer registration and qualification procedures while refining how in-country value is calculated. The programme now prioritises small factories and provides clearer visibility into future requirements, helping contractors and manufacturers identify their priorities, capabilities and resource needs. Over the past eight years, ADNOC's ICV Programme has channelled more than AED 307 billion into the local economy, localised the manufacturing of more than 130 products, and supported the development of 95 factories across the UAE. The new approach includes streamlined qualification requirements and greater transparency on ADNOC's five-year-plus project pipeline, with more detailed visibility on the next two years of needs. This is intended to help manufacturers establish priorities and allocate resources to meet upcoming requirements.
