The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi announced that Al Hind Tours and Travel LLC will take over as the new service provider for passport, visa and attestation services in the UAE from July 1, 2026.
The current providers — BLS International, which handles passport and visa services, and SGIVS Global, which manages attestation services — will stop accepting new applications after the close of business on June 25.
Regular appointments for passport, visa and attestation services will not be available between June 26 and June 30 due to the changeover process. However, emergency consular services will continue to be provided directly by the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai during this period.
The new appointment portal for consular services will be launched by Al Hind Tours and Travel LLC on July 1. Al Hind will operate 16 centres across all seven emirates, including six in Abu Dhabi, two in Dubai (Bur Dubai and Dubai Investment Park), and centres in Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Ras Al Khaimah.
