Philippine Airlines resumes Manila-Dubai flights October 2 after seven-month suspension

Philippine Airlines will resume nonstop flights between Manila and Dubai on October 2, 2026, ending a months-long suspension caused by Middle East regional security conditions. The service will initially operate four times a week — every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday — with flights PR658 (Manila-Dubai, departing 12:50pm, arriving 6pm) and PR659 (Dubai-Manila, departing 7:45pm, arriving 9:10am the following day). PAL intends to progressively increase frequencies to daily service subject to operational considerations. The airline is offering introductory all-in round-trip fares from $650, subject to terms and availability. Passengers are advised to confirm booking and flight status before going to the airport, as schedules can change depending on operational and security conditions. PAL continues to monitor the regional situation and will restore additional capacity as conditions allow.
